The Boulevard

I moved in under an old contract. They convinced me that the new contract was just a transfer. Since this time has happened, I have had nothing but trouble from this company. At one point I was away on a vacation and I came back in my car was missing. They never told me that they had moved my car without my permission. I literally had to search the entire complex to find the vehicle where they had put it. Also, they never put me in the system to get in the gate, When my key fob wasn't working, I... couldn't even access to get myself into the place. Also, the noise level from the neighbors dogs was unbelievable till 1:30am in the morning. They called this a luxury apartment. It's not you could literally hear the neighbors talking through the walls. I made several complaints and nothing was done. The response was oh let's see if they're actually paying for those three dogs. Instead of I'm very sorry that you're going through this and we'll make corrections. I've literally was forced out of my apartment because of the noise and I'm still paying on the apartment. Now I was told that I have to pay a cable fee which I was never told that I had to pay previously it just started this month 10 months into the lease. I have two months left on the lease and I am so fed up with them I just went out of the lease but I get no answers from anybody. They keep telling me all we're gonna try and get you somebody to take over your apartment but today they said to me. 0h Your Place is not a priority. We have other places that have to go first. I was in the military for 10 years.....rented quite a few places and the Boulevard is the best one. Just moved in, love it so far

After being forced to move from Fort Myers because of hurricane Ian we didn’t have a lot of time to look. After seeing a few apartments, the location and quality of apartment complex was very competitive to lesser maintained apartments. Thanks to Liz, the daunting application process was made nearly painless for my partner and me. The only work orders I’ve turned in were completed the day of. It's a great place to live the staff is very helpful and friendly. The amenities are great they kept everything clean and organized.

This is a beautiful place with well kept grounds, an excellent support staff and is convenient to shopping as well as the beaches. We have a 3 room gym and abeautiful pool.
