This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. A starter kit is provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, hand soap, enough detergent pods for up to two loads, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, a sponge, a coffee maker, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Violation of any rules may lead to reservation termination without refund and/or monetary fines. Pets are welcome, but pet waste must be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. A maximum of eight guests are allowed at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed three per reservation, and guests can park in spaces labeled 'Visitor' throughout the community. Guests are preferred to remove shoes indoors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are permitted on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests must take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure; failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in provided containers can result in fines up to $200.
