Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Late check-outs are not permitted unless coordinated in advance and may incur a fee of up to $350. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests can choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at $150). Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against the security deposit or damage waiver. Guests are expected to clean up any mess and/or pet waste properly. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed three per reservation. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure; failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in provided containers can result in fines up to $200. Report damages immediately. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
