Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card prior to arrival. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). Late check-outs are not permitted unless coordinated in advance and are susceptible to a late check-out fee of up to $300. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed three per reservation. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure; failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200.
