Pets are welcome with a one-time pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. A fee of $50.00 per occurrence will be charged for un-Leashed pets, and a fee of $50.00 per occurrence will be charged for pet waste pick-up.
Centrally located in Lutz, this unit is a short drive from the University of South Florida (5 minutes, 2.2 mi), MOSI (8 minutes, 4.2 mi), Busch Gardens Tampa (11 minutes, 4.5 mi), Takomah Trail Park (10 minutes, 5.1 mi), and Lettuce Lake Park (13 minutes, 5.9 mi).
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in the containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Late check-outs are not permitted unless coordinated in advance and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed three per reservation. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
