Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances, and breeds. An un-Leashed pet fee is $50 per occurrence, and a pet waste pick-up fee is $50 per occurrence.
Located in Tampa Palms, this apartment offers a blend of suburban residential streets and urban charm. It is just 5 minutes to USF, 8 minutes to MOSI, 11 minutes to Busch Gardens Tampa, 10 minutes to Takomah Trail Park, and 13 minutes to Lettuce Lake Park.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but it is recommended to pack sunscreen and bug spray. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is eight at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed three per reservation and can park in the spaces labeled "Visitor" spread throughout the community. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. Firearms are not allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure.
