Late check-outs are not permitted and are susceptible to a late check-out fee of $350. It is a self-catering home, therefore, supplies are not refilled during your stay. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). For 1-night reservations, guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Fireworks and firearms are not permitted on property. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure; failure to bag trash properly and dispose in containers provided can result in fines up to $200.
