This unit is pet-friendly with a one-time pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds.
Set within the Tampa Palms area near Lutz, the neighborhood blends quiet, peaceful streets with convenient access to shops, restaurants, and daily conveniences. A short drive brings you to attractions such as USF, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, and nearby parks, giving you plenty of options for exploration while returning to a tranquil home base. It is located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting. The ideal location is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. An un-Leashed pet fee is $50 per occurrence and pet waste pick-up is $50 per occurrence. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
