Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $350. The apartment is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided, along with a coffee maker, though coffee is not included. Pets are not allowed, and there is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside or outside the property. A maximum of eight guests is allowed, and the individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and one of the guests staying.
