The apartment features a large living area, a full kitchen with a breakfast nook, and a free washer and dryer. The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare simple meals, from cookware to basic utensils. The large living area comfortably seats the whole family, with a cozy couch and plenty of room for gathering.
Residents share access to a community pool, gym, clubhouse with lounge, grill, and courts. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A late check-out is not permitted (unless coordinated in advance) and is susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
