Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Guests are expected to clean up any mess and/or pet waste properly. Late check-outs are not permitted and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation. You can park in the spaces labeled "Visitor", spread throughout the community. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
