A starter kit is provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, hand soap, enough laundry detergent pods for up to two loads, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, a sponge, salt, pepper, and cooking oil; coffee is not included. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, humidity and bugs are common; the property is professionally sprayed for pests. Pet breed restrictions apply, including Pit Bulls and Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and Wolf-hybrids. Service animals are exempt from fees, weight allowances, and breed restrictions but must adhere to rules concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed 3 per reservation; guests can park in "Visitor" spaces throughout the community. Guests are preferred to remove shoes indoors. After it rains, a few small bugs may wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind are permitted. No firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests must follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Trash must be taken out and disposed of properly upon departure; failure to do so can result in fines up to $200. Damages must be reported immediately. The community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community; the host does not provide access to these amenities.
