The large living room offers ample seating, and the full kitchen is equipped with everything needed to whip up simple meals. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room there are enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, you'll find a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. There is a coffee maker, salt, pepper, and cooking oil available for use.
Pets are welcome with a one-time pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. An un-leashed pet fee is $50 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50 per occurrence.
