In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence; the property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests should pack sunscreen and bug spray. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Third-party bookings are not allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed three per reservation, with parking available in designated visitor spots. Guests are encouraged to remove shoes indoors. No fireworks or firearms (unless locked in a vehicle) are allowed on the property. Trash must be properly bagged and disposed of per instructions upon departure, with failure to do so resulting in fines up to $200. Report damages immediately.
