The open living area invites you to unwind on the comfy sofa, with the kitchen’s breakfast nook ready for a leisurely coffee. The full kitchen is stocked with the essentials you need to prepare simple meals, and a breakfast nook provides a casual spot for morning fare. A free washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
Guest access includes the gated community’s clubhouse, lounge, fitness center, basketball court, walking/biking trail, grill, and a community pool. Three visitor-labeled parking spots are available on a first-come-first-serve basis; they are not assigned but clearly marked for guests. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. An un-Leashed Pet Fee is $50.00 per occurrence and pet Waste Pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence.
The apartment is conveniently located near several attractions: University of South Florida (5 min/2.2 mi), MOSI (Museum of Science & Industry) (8 min/4.2 mi), Busch Gardens Tampa (11 min/4.5 mi), Takomah Trail Park (10 min/5.1 mi), and Lettuce Lake Park (13 min/5.9 mi).
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed (3) per reservation. You can park in the spaces labeled "Visitor", spread throughout the community. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up and disposed of properly. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
