Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Late check-outs are not permitted and are susceptible to a late check-out fee of $350. Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at $150) for reservations of 2 nights or more. For 1-night reservations, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. A one-time pet fee of $150 per pet applies, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not exceeding 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply. Un-leashed pet fee is $50.00 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up fee is $50.00 per occurrence. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed at any given time. The number of vehicles on property should not exceed 3 per reservation. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure; failure to do so can result in fines up to $200. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
