Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but it is recommended to pack sunscreen and bug spray. It is expected that any mess and/or pet waste is cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Report damages immediately. Due to the size of the apartment and to adequately prepare for the next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. The partner reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
