A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card prior to arrival, which is released following a damage-free inspection after departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold. Late check-outs are not permitted unless coordinated in advance and are susceptible to a late check-out fee of up to $300. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on property should not exceed three per reservation. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure; failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in provided containers can result in fines up to $200. Report damages immediately. Fireworks and firearms are not permitted on the property. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home.
