Don’t waste your money here. I called and asked if they accept offer letter Kim said yes, we make the application and then they don’t accept offer letters. She just makes us do the application knowing they don’t accept it. This was for a family member who doesn’t speak English. I try to translate having my family member by my side and she just told me that she doesn’t want to talk to me a d she have more people in the office. Very rude. I have been a property manager for more than 10 years and I... have never seen a team so unprofessional, rude and arrogant than this one. We have been here for a month and are still very happy with this community! Maintenance comes the day of the submission request. Office staff is very friendly and accommodating. Residents are kind and polite. Clubhouse and pool are always clean. I would recommend this place definitely.

Love living here is very peaceful the office management is great the maintenance great and the neighbors are great it's an excellent community it's a place where you feel safe and you feel like you belong the place is kept up very nicely

My experience at Residence at Lake Park has been Superior!! The Manager listens and follows through. Our property grounds including the lighting is top notch and always clean. Our amenities are perfect. I highly recommend Residence at Lake Park as a wonderful place to live.

It has been a nightmare since I moved in this apartment, I gave it another try and signed another year lease but I regret doing that now, water damage that seems not to be important to them.
