If you’re looking for “luxury living,” keep looking. My wife and I made the mistake of signing a lease here, and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. I’m convinced they built this place out of recycled cereal boxes and prayers because the sound insulation is nonexistent. Our upstairs neighbor sounded like they were training for the WWE—at 3 a.m.—every night. And when we reported it, Management suggested we record the noise (because nothing says restful living like becoming your own private… investigator). So we did. Thirty+ videos. Obnoxiously loud. A shrug and, somehow, the claim we were the problem for not tolerating the “normal noise level.” Let me be clear—being jolted out of bed on your day off at 3 in the morning isn’t “luxury,” it’s a sleep-deprived horror show. We followed all of their policies, provided clear evidence, and they did absolutely nothing.
