Beautiful place to live, the staff are very kind, the amenities are in good shape, the shops down there are so helpful between food and services for me and my Pet. Kelly’s are the best ice cream and next to them is Woofgang right in the corner they have the best pamper for my dog. Food, treats and the best grooming in Maitland don’t missed it for nothing and then obviously don’t forget Boku delicious oysters and all kind of sushi definitely a must stop by and try.

Probably my favorite apartment. Always lots of fun events happening around the area. In addition, there’s a farmers market every Sunday! Close to great restaurants and shops as well.
