The Tiffany at Maitland West

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience moving into Tiffany at Maitland, largely thanks to Angie! She was incredibly professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, making the entire leasing process seamless. The grounds and buildings are maintained beautifully—it truly feels like a resort. Additionally, the maintenance team is exceptional. They are kind, respectful, and very attentive to any needs. I am so happy I chose to move here!"

Todo vive muy sucio,te cobren tarifas que no corresponden al contrato,el personal es grosero y nunca están atentos a tus quejas.Hay mejores complex y más económicos,estos de "Luxury" no tienen nada.

WARNING to future tenants: This has to be by far one of the worst apartment complex's I have ever lived at... Like many of the comments state below the infastructure here is so poorly built that you are able to hear everything through these paper thin walls and ceilings. If you enjoy being woken up by other peoples phone alarms, or dogs barking this is the place for you. I could go on and on, but for now this is all I will be addressing.

My friends car got broken into. The drivers side and passenger window were completely smashed at the Tiffany at maitland west. This has happened on numerous occasions multiple cars have been broken into in this apartment’s parking lot. Don’t move here.

They don’t even answer the phone. Only the automated system picks up. Sad
