Meals can be enjoyed at the kitchen island with seating for 4, or on the covered porch with sea views. The third-floor loft provides an additional space to unwind, complete with a cozy sofa that converts into a queen sleeper sofa, a 4K Smart TV, a wet bar, and a refrigerator/freezer. All four bedrooms are inviting, with premium pillows, linens, and sheets, and the master suites include en-suite bathrooms and access to balconies or terraces. The bathrooms feature walk-in showers, vanities, mirrors, toilets, towels, hair dryers, and a starter set of essential toiletries.
The ground floor features a large heated swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen with bar seating for 6 and a Smart TV, a fire pit with surrounding seating, a picnic table, a BBQ grill, a 50-foot private dock with ocean access for your boat, and a lounge area with a pool table.
