Don’t do it!!

Poorly managed by a petty woman who takes complaints personal. The building is rotten and they can’t control the garbage issue.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! Hands down….dirtiest, nastiest community in south florida. let me just bullet SOME of the issues……
*cops are here 24/7 for domestic violence, drugs, break ins, murders, shootings, etc.
*lake is filled with garbage (shopping carts, trash, christmas trees)
*management is non-existent - i also must add they are the rudest and most inconsiderate people (not sure who hired such ridiculous management)
*floors are PAPER thin (you hear every toilet flush, sink run, footstep,… etc)
*no one picks up after their dog (poop everywhere)
*no parking (people park on the side of the lake and on the curbs)
*they charge you OVER EVERYTHING and you aren’t just saying your “rent” your paying all the fees they keep adding to your account
*packages are stolen 24/7

MUST I KEEP GOING TO TO GET YOU TO LOOKAWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE DISGUSTING PLACE?

Lack of EVERYTHING!!!

Property not being maintained properly at the moment. No maintenance personnel at this time accept one guy in which they claim he has a backlog of repair orders so no idea when things will get fixed. Gym has been closed for months. Pool isn't filtered properly its always dirty with frogs and leaves inside of it. I've been waiting 2 months to get the washer fixed now the dryer stop working and they have no maintenance available.

Great place to call Home!

I lived at Lakes of Margate peacefully, for 2 years and enjoyed it! I was spoiled living in my luxury aparment home. There was always plenty of open parking available, valet trash services, screened in balcony, full size W/D, pest control etc. Whenever I needed assistance Stephanie and Sujay were always available to listen, and help urgently in anyway. The reason I no longer reside here, is due to the fact I wanted to relocate closer to my job, and due to yearly rent increases, on average $50.… Bittersweet leaving Lakes of Margate?
