Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but guests are welcome to smoke outside in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee, and late check-out may be available for a $25 fee per extended hour. Guests are asked to leave the house in the same condition as when they arrived. A $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after check-out. All items in the kitchen have been counted, and any item removed from the premises will be charged to the guest. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host or Host's Agent may enter the property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs, or with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable for personal items left behind, lost, or stolen. Guests are responsible for reporting hazardous items. The property is not child-proofed. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property or its furnishings. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. The cost to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only; guests will be charged for plumber's time if it is damaged or clogged.
