Management staff may access the unit at any time in the event of an emergency. In the event of a smaller issue that will damage the unit if not addressed, management will reach out to guests and may enter if no response is received within 1 hour. Guests should not attempt to repair any malfunctions or issues within the apartment themselves. Parking on South Beach can be complicated, and cars are towed quickly. Guests are advised to park only in designated areas and to reach out for clarification if unsure. Packages cannot be sent prior to a guest checking in, and any packages received after check-out will be discarded. Guests do not have access to mailboxes unless for stays of 28 nights or more.
