No indoor smoking is permitted (cigarettes, vaping, hookah, cigars, or cannabis), with outdoor smoking permitted at least 10 feet from the building; a $500 fine applies for violations. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets and must clean up pet waste. Failure to check out on time will result in overstay fees. The property is equipped with exterior security cameras that record audio and video; tampering with cameras or connected devices will result in a $1,000 fine and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
