A strict no-smoking policy is in effect, with a $500 penalty for smoking. Quiet hours are observed after 8 PM. Any damages and/or stains to sheets or linens will incur an additional charge, not covered by the cleaning fee. Daily cleaning is not included; only a one-time check-out cleaning is provided. Early 12 PM check-ins are available for a $65 fee, or a complimentary 3 PM check-in, based on availability and confirmed 24-48 hours prior to arrival. Access codes are active precisely at 4 PM unless an early check-in is confirmed. Packages received after check-out will be discarded. Guests do not have access to mailboxes unless for stays of 28 nights or more. Management staff may access the unit at any time in the event of an emergency.
