This is a smoke-free property, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Guests must provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee.
