Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. One towel per guest per stay is provided. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Guests must be at least 22 years old to make a reservation. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code. Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM.
