The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. This home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
