This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No parties are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. A $75 per hour late fee applies for late check-outs. This apartment is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code, which guests will receive before arrival. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are permitted without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, guests will be asked to provide a copy of an official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in cancellation and denied entry. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation, guests agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions, acknowledge that a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card will be required prior to check-in, and may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. This home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
