Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) and breed restrictions (no Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds). An additional pet fee of $100-300 applies based on stay length. A pet fee may also be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, guests will be asked to provide a copy of an official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. For long-term stays (30 days or more), guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, and you will receive a personalized access code before arrival for hassle-free and secure entry anytime after check-in time.
