Guests must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am daily, and the home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance; disturbing neighbors is prohibited. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance leading to police involvement. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking, and the primary person booking must be at least 22 years old. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of an official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in cancellation and denied entry. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. For long-term stays (30 days or more), guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. A maximum of 2 pets weighing 40lbs combined are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined.
