To ensure the well-being of everyone, all guests must be registered and provide full names and ID at check-in. Reservations must be made by a person aged 21 or older, and the reservation holder's presence is required throughout the entire stay. Smoking on the property is strictly prohibited, with a fine of $300 for violations. Please be respectful of other guests and avoid loud noises as you are staying in a residential area. The condominium administration prohibits the accumulation of garbage, so please use the designated trash containers. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, contact us 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we can arrange a late check-out until 12:00 PM for an additional $50.
