Smoking is not allowed in any of our properties, and smoking inside the property will result in a $250 USD fine for cleaning and odor removal. If marijuana consumption is detected or there is a strong smell, an automatic fine will be applied, and the reservation may be canceled without a refund. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Parties or large gatherings are not allowed without prior authorization. Violating quiet hours will result in a $300 USD fine and may lead to eviction without a refund. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. All guests must provide a valid ID before check-in. The property is cleaned only one time before and after the stay. Additional cleaning services can be requested at an extra cost. Lost keys or access devices will incur a $40 USD replacement fee. For stays under 30 days, all visitors must be registered at least 24 hours in advance. For stays of 30 days or more, visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM, and an ID must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance for entry after this time. Visiting hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM; after this time, a nightly charge per person will be applied. The use of drugs or involvement in prostitution-related activities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate reservation cancellation without a refund, notification to the police, and a fine between $200 and $500 USD.
