Short term rental (rent included internet, tv, electricity, A/C, water, maintenance fees)
5+ lease - $2600/month (plus electricity and internet) or $2800/month inclusive, 3-5 month lease - $3000/month, 0-2 month - $3200/month. 10 month lease maximum.
First & last month rent deposit required plus $1000 security deposit.
