Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that they will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. Guests may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building. No weapons or drugs are allowed. Guests must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
