The main guest must be 25 or older. Each unit includes 1 physical key and 1 fob per building rules. For added convenience, our smart lock system allows entry via app or digital codes. A virtual fob is available at the front desk for approximately $10 daily from 8 AM to 10 PM. Washcloths are not provided. No parties or loud gatherings are allowed, and violations may result in fines issued by building management, which will be passed to the responsible guest. The main guest’s name must be provided in advance and this person must be the first to check in at the front desk. If someone else needs to check in, a $53 update fee will be required at the front desk. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, and a $300 fine will apply if any evidence of smoking is found. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours’ notice; please note that this will generate an additional cost.
