Provisions include Wi-Fi, smart TVs, an ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. Washcloths and kitchen towels are not included.
Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Advance notice of the number and weight of pets is required and is subject to meeting pet requirements. Nearby parking garage or street parking are available.
The Crosby is centrally located in the heart of Miami’s social, cultural, culinary, and sporting offerings. It is a short distance from Miami Beach, Brickell, Wynwood Arts District, Design District, Miami International Airport, Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, and the American Airlines Arena. By car, Brickell City Centre is only 10 minutes away, the Design District and South Beach are about 15-20 minutes, and Miami International Airport is around a 15-minute drive. Downtown Miami is alive with culture and boasts a stunning waterfront skyline. As a major commercial and cultural center, Downtown Miami is full of character—every street has its own vibe, and each view tells a story. We suggest driving, but there is also a free metromover 3 blocks away. Uber/Lyft are affordable and convenient options.
Strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels are expected post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. The number of guests cannot exceed those specified at booking. No additional visitors or overnight guests are allowed without prior approval. Violations incur a $50 fee per person, and your stay may be terminated without refund. All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved. No underage drinking, drugs, marijuana (medical or recreational), or vaping are allowed. Any smoke smell will incur a $100 cleaning fee. Security cameras are in use outside for protection. TV is for streaming with your own login; no network channels are available. Respect the residential area and noise ordinance between 10 PM and 8 AM.
