Guests will have access to the building's amenities, which require fob keys. Digital keys are available for $10 each, and physical keys are $50 each. Your stay includes one free assigned parking spot inside the building's parking levels. Additional parking or valet service is available directly through the valet company for an additional cost.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in inside and outside areas of the property, with a $400 fine for eliminating the smell of smoke. Be mindful of noise levels, especially after 9:00 pm, as noise complaints are not tolerated and can result in full deposit charges or eviction without refund. Additional guests are not allowed beyond the number confirmed on the booking. Reservations from third parties are not allowed. The unit must be left in good condition, without excessive mess, or additional cleaning fees may occur. All reservations require ID identification of the individual who made the booking request and the disclosure of the full names of all additional guests. Please take good care of the unit key; a loss will incur a locksmith cost of $100-$200. The unit door locks automatically, so do not leave keys inside when leaving the premises. Locked drawers are for staff use only. Check-in is at 3 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Deposit garbage in the corresponding spaces; throwing recyclable material in unauthorized areas is charged a fine of $150. Please control the unit temperature by cooling or heating gradually, and turn off the air conditioning when ventilating by opening windows. Do not throw toilet paper, female wipes, tampons, etc., in the toilet. Swimming is at your own risk – no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No diving or running is permitted. The property management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur while using the pool or surrounding areas.
