Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property, with a $400 fine for eliminating the smell of smoke. Be mindful of noise levels, especially after 9:00 pm, as noise complaints are not tolerated and can result in full deposit charges or eviction without a refund. Additional guests are not allowed beyond the number indicated on the booking confirmation to avoid large gatherings and parties. Reservations from third parties are not allowed. The unit must be left in good condition without excessive mess; additional cleaning fees may occur if necessary. All reservations require ID identification of the individual who made the booking request and the disclosure of the full names of all additional guests. Please take care of the provided amenities, kitchen utensils, cutlery, and the unit key. A lost key will incur a locksmith cost between $100 and $200. The unit door locks automatically, so do not leave keys inside when leaving the premises. Check-in is at 3 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available with advance agreement and potential additional fees. Last-minute changes to check-out time will result in a $25 charge for every additional 30 minutes of stay. Garbage must be deposited in the corresponding spaces; throwing recyclable material in unauthorized areas is charged a fine of $150. Please control the unit temperature by cooling or heating gradually, and turn off the air conditioning when ventilating by opening windows. Do not throw toilet paper, female wipes, tampons, etc., in the toilet. Swimming is at your own risk, with no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No diving or running is permitted in the pool area. The property management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur while using the pool or surrounding areas. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to prevent condensation and property damage.
