Be mindful of noise levels, especially after 9:00 pm, as noise complaints are not tolerated and can result in full deposit charges or eviction without refund. Additional guests are not allowed beyond the number confirmed on the booking. Reservations from third parties are not allowed. The unit must be left in good condition, without excessive mess, or additional cleaning fees may occur. All reservations require ID identification of the individual who made the booking request and the disclosure of the full names of all additional guests. Please take good care of the unit key; a loss will incur a locksmith cost between $100 and $200. Check-in is at 3 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Garbage disposal is important; throwing recyclable material in unauthorized areas is charged a fine of $150. Please control the unit temperature by cooling or heating the space gradually. When ventilating by opening windows, turn the air conditioning off. It is against house rules to throw toilet paper, female wipes, tampons, etc., in the toilet, as this will result in charges for toilet repairs. Swimming is at your own risk, with no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No diving or running is permitted.
