Dirty/Neglected/MOLDY!

The hallways, the trash chute area, the elevators, the air ducts (scary!), the package room very filthy and you smell the mold in most common areas. Too much money for such a filthy place.

Nice place in Brickell

I lived on the first floor of the south building for 2 years and it was quite nice. I spend most of my weekends either on my bike, at the beach or on my paddle board/kayak, so being only 5 minutes from Key Biscayne was great, and the first floor made it easy to take my paddle board in and out. If you like to stay active, the Virginia Key mountain bike trails are only a short ride away, and there are many great places to drop your kayak or paddle board nearby (Hobie Island Beach, Miami Marine… Stadium, Crandon Park Marina....). Maintenance staff usually responded same day to my requests and I never had any issues with the neighbors. The gym is simple but has everything you need.

worst place to live in brickell, dirty, expensive and very rude staff

do not accept to be shown the model apartment, it is totally different from the one that you will actually rent, it will take years for them to repair what you see in poor condition, broken or broken. Ask them to show you the parking lot where the garbage is, it's really disgusting .The worst thing is that they increase the rent every year without doing maintenance, we got sick because of the air conditioning, they NEVER did any maintenance on it. The staff is rude, just friendly when you go… to rent. We lived 5 years in that building and everyone who moved out was upset. by the way, check the apartment well it can have termites as happened to some neighbors.

Due to circumstances needed a place to stay. Place us dusty and leaked. Landlord began repairs in time became quite quant.
