This is a smoke-free property, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
