This thoughtfully designed apartment offers comfort, convenience, and is ideal for long-term living. It features an open-plan living area, a dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy access to elevated amenities including a hot tub, pool, sauna, gym, in-unit washer/dryer, streaming TV, and 400 Mbps Wi-Fi. A highlight is the spacious furnished bayview balcony, offering one of the best vantage points in the building. The primary bedroom features a plush king bed, balcony access, and an expansive walk-in closet. Two additional enclosed bedrooms offer additional sleeping space with a queen bed. Every detail is arranged to create a sophisticated yet approachable atmosphere with multiple TVs, two full bathrooms (one with a soaking tub), and central AC.
Luggage storage and parking are available for a fee. A parking spot is available for $200 for the entire duration of your stay, and the parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, the parking fee for each additional vehicle is $200 per month, subject to availability. Advance notice is required if you need parking. A $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to the building each day.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated with both us and the building. If your flight is delayed and you’ll be arriving after 10 PM, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Standard check-out time is 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item. Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 4 adults only (15 years of age and older) plus 3 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool and pool deck and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm.
