Building Management has strict occupancy rules of two adults only (15 years of age and older) plus two children. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM. Luggage can be stored with a bellman for $3 per suitcase before or after your stay if needed. The building is undergoing renovations that include the main lobby, pool, and pool deck, which may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. A limited number of daily passes to the Marriott Hotel pool are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be returned after each use. After reserving the apartment, you are required to provide legible copies of government-issued IDs or passports for all adults aged 15 or older for building registration. The minimum age to book is 21, with no exceptions as per building requirements. Third-party bookings are not allowed unless agreed in advance. Depending on the length of your stay, the building may also require a full residency application within 24 hours of booking, which could include prior residency, employment details, social security number, references, and other personal information. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
