Building Management has strict occupancy rules of two adults only (16 years of age and older) plus two children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed; if there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer; for shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. The building is currently undergoing renovations, and construction may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The residential pool is closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after your departure, there will be a charge of $100 per missing item. The valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area.
