The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances and ample counter space. Both bedrooms have direct balcony access and TVs. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and generous storage, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. The apartment includes three bathrooms and an in-unit washer/dryer.
Enjoy access to elevated amenities, including a hot tub, pool, gym, sauna, on-site dining, and luggage storage. Valet parking is the only available option, and you can pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48. For stays of 10+ nights, please inquire. The valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. The building is undergoing renovations that include the main lobby, pool, and pool deck. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium will be open and accessible during normal operating hours. A limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Pool at the Marriott Hotel. Pool passes for the Marriott Pool will be available at the DoubleTree Front Desk, recently relocated to the RG Level in the Key Largo Meeting Room. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and standard check-out time is 11 AM.
