This spacious apartment accommodates up to 6 adults plus 3 children. The private balcony offers an open-air setting overlooking lush palm trees, landscaped grounds, and the pool area below. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the open layout and features stainless-steel appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed for easy meals at home. Sleeping arrangements are spread across three bedrooms. Two primary bedrooms feature king beds, TVs, ample storage, and direct access to the balcony or large windows with open views. The building is undergoing renovations, which may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The residential pool is closed for repairs, but the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. Limited daily passes to the Marriott Hotel pool are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances; smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and standard check-out time is 11 AM. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer; no visitors are allowed for shorter stays, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation. Building management requires legible copies of government-issued IDs or passports for all adults aged 15 or older for building registration within 24 hours of booking. Third-party bookings are not allowed unless agreed in advance. Missing remotes, streaming devices, or similar items will result in a charge of $100 per item.
