Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. The building is undergoing renovations, which may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, and the residential pool is closed for repairs. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer.
