The primary bedroom is a serene retreat with a king bed and direct access to the private bayview balcony. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with solid wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. A spacious dining area and comfortable living room create a natural gathering space, anchored by floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to the large private balcony.
Access to the building's hot tub, pool, and sauna are included. Luggage storage is available for $3 per suitcase. Parking is available for $200 per stay for one vehicle, with each additional vehicle costing $250 per month. Daily valet parking is available at $48, payable directly to the building.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Guests are required to provide legible copies of government-issued IDs or passports for all adults aged 15 or older for building registration. The minimum age to book is 21. Please note that our photos represent examples of units within the building. While furnishings and finishes may vary, the quality and aesthetic will always be consistent with the images shown. Because our apartments are part of the Grand Building and occasionally in rotation, minor differences may occur. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. Any missing remotes, streaming devices, or similar items will result in a charge of $100 per item. Trash must not be left in the hallway or outside the chute. Failure to comply may result in a $300 fine. The Sauna and Fitness Center (Gym) will be temporarily closed from July 1 to October 15, 2026, due to renovation works.
