Step outside onto the private bayview balcony to enjoy sea breezes, peaceful mornings, or sunsets overlooking the bay and Miami’s skyline. A walk-in closet adds extra storage and convenience. The building is currently undergoing renovations that include the main lobby, pool, and pool deck, which may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. A minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning if there is evidence of smoking indoors. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and standard check-out time is 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item. No visitors or any guests will be permitted to the apartment at any time during stay for any reservation shorter than 28 days, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
