Residential parking can be arranged for long stays (21 days or more) for $160 for the entire stay, and requests must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. An Enterprise rental car desk is located in the building’s retail lobby. Luggage storage is possible with a bellman for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay.

The building is undergoing renovations that may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed; if there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer; for shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item.
