Limited daily passes to the Marriott Hotel pool are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be returned after each use. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Absolutely no loud music, parties, or any type of altercation with building security or staff is allowed, or it will result in immediate eviction with no refund and a $150 fine.
