Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 4 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 3 children. Visitors are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and standard check-out time is 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool and pool deck, and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access.
