No smoking is permitted inside the condo, but it is allowed on the balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking inside, a charge equivalent to the security deposit will apply. Missing streaming devices or remotes will incur a charge of $100 per missing item. No visitors or guests are permitted for stays shorter than 28 days, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
