The master suite includes a generous walk-in closet and a bathroom with double vanities and a large glass-enclosed shower. The bright, airy living and dining areas open directly to the oversized private balcony, where you can unwind on lounge seating and enjoy open-sky views of Biscayne Bay, Margaret Pace Park, and the glittering towers of Edgewater. Enjoy the hot tub, pool, gym, sauna, on-site dining, luggage storage, and parking for an additional fee. A parking spot costs $200 for the entire duration of your stay, and the parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $200 per month, subject to availability. Advance notice is required if you need parking. A $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to the building each day.

Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 4 adults only (15 years of age and older) plus 3 children, and there are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated with both us and the building. If your flight is delayed and you’ll be arriving after 10 PM, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Standard check-out time is 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes main lobby, pool and pool deck and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
