Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM. The building is undergoing renovations, and construction may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 2 adults only (15 years of age and older) plus 2 children, and there are no exceptions to the occupancy amount.
