This apartment is filled with natural light and offers expansive views of Biscayne Bay, the marina, and Miami’s skyline from multiple rooms. The fully equipped kitchen features modern white cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Enjoy access to a hot tub, pool, gym, sauna, private bayview balcony, and in-unit washer/dryer. For entertainment, there is a streaming TV and 400 Mbps Wi-Fi.
Luggage storage and parking are available for an additional fee. A parking spot costs $200 for the entire duration of your stay, and the parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, the parking fee for each additional vehicle is $200 per month, subject to availability. Advance notice is required if you need parking. A $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to the building each day.

Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 2 adults only (15 years of age and older) plus 2 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item. The building is undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool and pool deck and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential pool is closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. Visitors are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated with both us and the building. If your flight is delayed and you’ll be arriving after 10 PM, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Standard check-out time is 11 AM.
