The building is currently undergoing renovations that include the main lobby, pool, and pool deck, which may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. The main lobby and front motor lobby are closed, and residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby level. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation.
