This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and ample cabinetry, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The spacious living area features comfortable seating, a streaming TV, and direct access to the large private balcony. The bedroom suite offers a plush king-size bed, a dedicated workspace, and direct balcony access. A bathroom with modern finishes and a sleek soaking tub adds a spa-like touch to your stay. Guests also enjoy access to a hot tub, gym, and sauna.
Luggage storage and parking are available for a fee. A parking spot costs $200 for the entire duration of your stay, and the parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking costs $200 per month for each additional vehicle, subject to availability and advance notice. A $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to the building each day.

The apartment is ideal for up to 2 adults and 2 children. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated with both us and the building. If your flight is delayed and you’ll be arriving after 10 PM, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Standard check-out time is 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item. Building Management has strict occupancy rules. Visitors are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund. The Trash Room is located in the hallway near the elevator. Please place all recycling on the floor in front of the chute, and put bags with landfill waste down the trash chute. Trash must not be left in the hallway or outside the chute. Failure to comply may result in a $300 fine. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes main lobby, pool and pool deck and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm.
